OCT 7: Leave the hotel at 8:15 a.m. for a drive throught the heart of Vermont and the Green Mountains. We’ll start with a visit to Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream for a factory tour, then head to Cold Hollow cider Mill for a tour, refreshing cider, and lunch. Then it’s on to Montpelier, VT, and Morse Farms Maple Syrup for a tour of the Sugar Barn and a syrup tasting. Then we’ll head to Norwich, VT, for a visit and tour of the world famous King Arthur Flour flagship store. Dinner (on your own) at McGrath’s Irish Pub at the Brogan Inn in Killington, VT, , then on to Clifton Park, VT, for an overnight stay at the Hampton Inn.
