This kit with Anthology batiks includes Jacqueline de Jonge’s pattern with foundations and her fabrics to make this 71″ by 71″ quilt.  5 out of 6 on the difficulty scale.

I guess it’s no surprise how we got the name for “Amazing Grey”. Jacqueline was working on the design of this quilt and found that black as background fabric did not really fit this design. And more white would be too much. So why not grey? That turned out to be a bull’s-eye. The grey complemented the Rainbow colours beautifully and gave this design a very special look.
And it’s something completely different 😉
